Sign in\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Open your workspace address (\u003Ccode>your-company.fluidify.app\u003C\u002Fcode>), enter your email and then the code you received. There is no password: a code is sent to you on each new device. Session length is set in \u003Cstrong>Settings › Security\u003C\u002Fstrong>, where everyone can also find their signed-in devices.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>2. Complete the company details\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>In \u003Cstrong>Settings › Company\u003C\u002Fstrong>: logo, address, contact details, legal information, bank details (IBAN, QR-IBAN in Switzerland). This information appears on your quotes and invoices.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>3. Create the branches\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>If your company has several establishments, create them in \u003Cstrong>Settings › Branches\u003C\u002Fstrong>: each branch has its own address, opening hours, depot and, if you wish, its own numbering.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>4. Check the numbering\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>In \u003Cstrong>Settings › Numbering\u003C\u002Fstrong>, check the format of quote, invoice and work order numbers. If you are carrying on an existing numbering sequence, enter the next number to use.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>5. Invite the team\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>In \u003Cstrong>Settings › Users\u003C\u002Fstrong>, invite your colleagues by email and choose their role (management, administration, scheduling, stores, technician…). Each role grants permissions by module and by scope; you can create your own roles.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>6.
