Does the price include VAT?
The price shown is the final price: no VAT is added to your invoice.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without any payment method. You can add one from your workspace whenever you like.
How are users counted?
Each month, the number of active users, with a minimum of 5. A deactivated user is no longer billed.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, the subscription is monthly with no commitment. You keep 15 days of read-only access to export your data.
Are there any set-up fees?
No. Your server is created automatically when you sign up; your data is migrated with the built-in imports.
