Encrypted backups
Every day, to a separate append-only backup server. Retention: 7 days, 4 weeks, 12 months. Restores tested.
Sign-in by code
No password: a one-time code sent by email. Time-limited sessions, devices that can be revoked remotely.
Managed updates
System security patches applied automatically; new Fluidify versions checked then installed, with automatic rollback if anything goes wrong.
Permissions and audit log
Each user sees only their own scope. Every change is tracked: who, when, before and after.
Your data
Export your lists at any time. On cancellation, 15 days of read-only access to retrieve everything.
Data protection
For your customers' and employees' data, 7th World Ltd acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. The data processing agreement is available before you sign up.
