This policy explains what personal data 7th World Ltd processes when you visit fluidify.app, write to us or create a Fluidify workspace, and what your rights are.
For the data that your company records in its Fluidify workspace (its customers, its employees, its service jobs…), your company is the controller and 7th World Ltd acts as a processor: this processing is governed by the data processing agreement.

We do not sell any data, use no advertising tools and carry out no profiling.
Company verification
The company number entered at sign-up is checked against public registers: the Recherche d'entreprises API (France), the European Commission's VIES (Belgium), the UID register of the Federal Statistical Office (Switzerland).
Recipients and processors
- Contabo GmbH (Germany): hosting of the central server and the workspaces, backups;
- Scaleway SAS (France): hosting of the website;
- Gandi SAS (France): sending emails and domain names;
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland): payment of subscriptions.
Data is hosted in the European Union. As 7th World Ltd is established in the United Kingdom, which benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, access from the United Kingdom is governed by that decision.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of processing and its portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to contact@fluidify.app. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country: the CNIL (France), the Data Protection Authority (Belgium), the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (Switzerland), or the ICO (United Kingdom).
Security
Each customer company has its own server; communications are encrypted (HTTPS); backups are encrypted; access is by single-use code; operator access is logged.
Changes
This policy may change; the version date appears at the top of the page. In the event of a significant change, workspace administrators are notified by email.
