Installing the mobile app
The Fluidify app is made for technicians: their day, time clocking, appointments, refrigerants, photos and signature, even without a signal.
Compatible phones
Android 8 or later, iPhone on iOS 16 or later. The app is being published on Google Play and the App Store.
Signing in
- Open the app.
- Enter your company's workspace (for example
frigo-provence) and your email. - Enter the 6-digit code you received by email.
The technician must have been invited to the workspace with a role linked to a resource (technician), and must have accepted the invitation.
Securing the phone
In More › Security, the technician can turn on fingerprint or face unlock; your company can also make it mandatory. The company's data is encrypted on the phone and wiped on sign-out. A lost phone can be signed out from the web app, in Settings › Security › My signed-in devices, or by an administrator who deactivates the user in Settings › Users: the data is wiped from the phone the next time it connects to the network.
Offline
Everything the technician does without a signal is saved on the phone, then sent automatically when the signal returns, with no duplicates. The indicator at the top of the screen shows what is waiting to be sent and any conflicts, presented with both versions.
