Refrigerants day to day

In Fluidify, the cylinder is the basic unit: every kilo of refrigerant charged or recovered comes from an identified, weighed cylinder.

Receiving a cylinder

When an order is received, enter for each cylinder its number (the distributor's), the refrigerant, the capacity and the tare weight. Refrigerant stock increases accordingly. The cylinder can then be assigned to a van.

Charging or recovering

On the phone, during the appointment, the technician opens Refrigerants, chooses the equipment's circuit and the cylinder from their van, and enters the weighings before and after. The quantity is calculated.

Checks are displayed without blocking: weighing discrepancy, technician's certification expired, refrigerant banned for this use, scale not calibrated. The technician confirms knowingly; the office sees the confirmed alerts.

Leak checks

Each piece of equipment's due date is calculated from its charge, its refrigerant, whether a detector is fitted and the last check. The Refrigerants › Checks due list shows overdue checks and those due in the next 30 days; you can schedule the selection in one go.

Official documents

Depending on your company's country:

  • France: the Cerfa 15497*04 intervention form is filled in from the weighings and signed on the phone; BSFF forms are created on Trackdéchets with your company's account; the annual declaration is prepared from the operations.
  • Belgium: logbook and certificates in Wallonia, register in Brussels, logboek in Flanders.
  • Switzerland: maintenance logbook, notification of installations over 3 kg and register of operations.

Returning cylinders

Empty or recovery cylinders are returned to the depot and then to the distributor; their history remains available.
